Our glass comes from a glassworks in the Jalisco region of western Mexico. The company is run by Doña Josefina, who cares deeply about integrating socially disadvantaged people. It helps them find their way back to steady employment and offers young people training in a highly respected trade: glassblowing.
Each hand-blown glass is unique and a piece of Mexican craft tradition. Small differences in shape, height and diameter are not an oversight, but underscore the uniqueness of each glass.
